Import py25-clonedigger-1.0.9 as wip/py-clonedigger.

Clone Digger aimed to detect similar code in Python and Java programs.
The synonyms for the term "similar code" are "clone" and \ 
"duplicate code".

It is an important package that can help in the developement of python, please \
