Packaged DeforaOS Panel 0.2.10, including:
- helper for pkg-config to write additional plug-ins;
- more flexible API to communicate with the Panel at run-time;
- helper tool to do so (panelctl)
- fix for frequency monitoring of AMD CPUs (on NetBSD)
- better integration of the virtual keyboard;
- tooltips for the main menu launchers.
