Log Message:
Move           cross/lib/libiberty.a to
     cross/nios2-elf/lib/libiberty.a to avoid conflict with other 
cross binutils by following line:
 CONFIGURE_ARGS+=       --libdir=${PREFIX}/${NIOS2_TARGET}/lib

This also eliminates one item from TODO.
