Initial import of nautilus-dropbox-1.4.0.

This is the Dropbox extension for Nautilus.

(When packaging this I thought this would allow syncing with dropbox, but
actually it only talks to the local dropboxd; the Linux 32bit binary
seems to hang during setup though in futex.)
