* After some discussion with people involved with node.js at Joyent, drop
  non-privileged user support from package, it doesn't entirely make sense
  (should be node.js app specific, not part of a node.js package).
* Fix libexecinfo requirement on *BSD to be a buildlink3.
* Fix man path.
