Fix requirements:

- gcc 4.4 is needed, as the build fails with 4.1.3 as well as 4.3.
- relax requirement on gettext: only gettext:run and gettext-lib.
- require flex as a tool, but force use of pkgsrc's flex on NetBSD.
- dejavu-ttf >= 2.30 is enough.
