The part of previous commit, excluding tc-pre.el from byte-compile list,
has side effect resulting 'Table corrupted at line 1' type problem.
Revert to include tc-pre.el in byte-compiled list
(This make funny result 'tcode-version' is saying 2.3.1, but it is 
not harmfull for the functioning).
