MASTER_SITES -> MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE; Removed options.mk line - i forgot
to commit this file and it's on another machine that i won't be able to
access for a couple weeks. Furthermore, i think it was just adding the
threads option, which i see that wip/tcl86/options.mk does and wip/tk86
uses that file.
