Updated to latest stable: Fixed MASTER_SITES, HOMEPAGE, LICENSE; Package
now uses cmake and not GNU_CONFIGURE; Use SUBST framework to fix PKGMANDIR;
Remove dependencies on archivers. This is a user decision; Remove build
dependency on imlib2; Add options framework for debug builds; Package now
is DESTDIR ready; Add poppler-qt4, desktop-file-utils, and libX11
dependencies. Package uses QT4 instead of QT3. Passes pkglint and verifypc.
Runs well too. Ready for review and import.
