Make it to packages, mainly diff's  against git repository 
   git clone git://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-intel/
   git checkout e4cd9de2933ada3e2a4b43552729ae3a370128bf
configure.ac diff tells as
-        2.7.1,
+        2.6.99.1,
So, this commit may not be the original intention for 2.7.1, but
this may be the base for the update/discussion, thanks wiz@
