Fix patches and regenerated distinfo. patch-ai was committed upstream.
Add two files to PLIST. Still core dumps with:

GLib (gthread-posix.c): Unexpected error from C library during \ 
'pthread_mutex_unlock': Operation not permitted.  Aborting.

with/without glib enabled on NetBSD, though.
