Log Message:

* Removed reference to Makefile.common in Makefile.
* Removed Makefile.common because it's not used by any apckages anymore.
* Changed plist-version.mk to module.mk and added extra PLIST varibles 
  to it.
* Removed all "used by" lines in options.mk since no otherpackages than 
  qore uses it. 
* Added applicaton.mk, this files is based on lang/python/application.mk 
  and has the same purpose.
