Apply improvements to this package

1) Add python to CATEGORIES
2) Mercurial's Python version compatibility (the trick from devel/py-hgview)
3) Use ${RUN} for shell commands
4) Fetch using curl (the other way doesn't work	for me)
5) Proper usage of distutils and patch PLIST against it
6) Bump PKGREVISION as there is the change in PLIST
