* Make Qt optional in options.mk;
* Add bitcoin-qt4 and bitcoin-qt5 packages using qt{4,5} options, respectively;
* If both Qt4 and Qt5 are installed, package will default to Qt4;
* Check documentation for other package options;
* Fix configure/build/install phases for latest version;
