Import tamago-tsunagi-5.0.7.1 as wip/tamago-tsunagi.

Emacs plug-in to bridge inputmethods of (Free)Wnn, Canna, sj3, Anthy. This
is fork from IM egg(tamago). This works even after Emacs-24.3. Similar work
is found at http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-anthy/egg.git, but it does
not have capability with (Free)Wnn and Canna.
