sma - Sendmail log analyser

sma is a very fast sendmail log analyzer and outputs
standard ascii or html report files.
Requires access to mail logs in /var/logs.

Problems found locating distfiles:

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

- Comment out master site and home page URL as they don't work anymore.
- Define a license.
- Fix "pkglint warnings.
- Fix build on IRIX by correcting the mistake in the fix for PR pkg/28818.
