Log message:
Bump all packages for perl-5.18, that
a) refer 'perl' in their Makefile, or
b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package
Like last time, where this caused no complaints.

Log message:
import mosh-1.2.2 into the packages collection.
Mosh is a Remote terminal application that allows roaming, supports
intermittent connectivity, and provides intelligent local echo and
line editing of user keystrokes.
Mosh is a replacement for SSH. It's more robust and responsive,
especially over Wi-Fi, cellular, and long-distance links.
