LIBTOOL_OVERRIDE and SHLIBTOOL_OVERRIDE are now lists of shell globs
relative to ${WRKSRC}.  Remove redundant LIBTOOL_OVERRIDE settings that
are automatically handled by the default setting in bsd.pkg.mk.

The package was marked broken because it kept throwing SIGSEGV due to
using an old boehm-gc that does not work on NetBSD.

Unbreak it by changing it to use the devel/boehm-gc package.

The build of this package fails on NetBSD-current and 1.6.2 - a SIGSEGV is
thrown when the ksi interpreter is invoked.

Initial import of ksi.

This is a Ksi (Ksi Scheme Interpreter), a portable,
embeddable Scheme implementation written in C.

Ksi provides a machine independent execution platform that
can be linked in as a library when building extensible programs.
And what is more important it is not a Guile. :-)
