   Update devel/apache-ant to 1.8.4

   Changes from Ant 1.8.3 TO Ant 1.8.4
   Fixed bugs:
     * Ported libbzip2's fallback sort algorithm to CBZip2OutputStream to
       speed up compression in certain edge cases.  Merge from Commons
       Compress.
     * Using specially crafted inputs this can be used as a denial of
       service attack.
