Rearrangement libindicator packages
* share flagments with GTK2 and GTK3 packages.
* avoid to conflicts, tests are not required. 
* change libindicator package to GTK2 API package, wip/cairo-dock-pugins
  package depend on this package expect GTK2 API 
* so remove libindicator-gtk2 package
* add libindicator3 package for GTK3 API, its name match to library and tool name.

Log message:
Import libindicator-gtk2-12.10.1 as wip/libindicator-gtk2.

A set of symbols and convience functions that all indicators would
like to use.

This package provides Gtk2 API.
