Update patches.
The project's svn server is multi-homed, which creates problems on
ipv4-only clients with the current svn client. Fall back to the older
one, which works.
Drop maintainership, since I will not be using vpnc past this month.

Import vpnc-0.5.3nb20120523 as wip/vpnc-svn.
A VPN client compatible with Cisco's EasyVPN equipment.
vpnc is supposed to work with:
* Cisco VPN concentrator 3000 Series
* Cisco IOS routers
* Cisco PIX / ASA Security Appliances
* Juniper/Netscreen
The package tracks the trunk of the vpnc project's subversion
repository.
