All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

1.23     2020-08-28

- Fixed a bug with the Makefile.PL that caused every call to "make" to
  recompile the object file for the package's XS code. Reported by Kent
  Fredric. GH #28.
