	- Properly compile pluggable fs modules (pkg/18220)
	- Add missing dependencies (pkg/18220)
	- Make this more pkglint-friendly.
	- Don't try to tweak LTCONFIG_OVERRIDE towards ltmain.sh, use
	  LIBTOOL_OVERRIDE instead
