Log Message:
- Setting PKG_SYSCONFBASE in /etc/mk.conf works now.
- Included fix for bad AWL behaviour which will also be in 2.50 (maybe 2.43)
  (ie AWL works the same again as in SA 2.31). This causes revision bump.
