Update gnome-vfs2 to 2.2.4.  Changes are translation updates and bugfixes.

Most notably, this version fixes a series of fundamental, long outstanding
problems we had with GNOME2:

	* Nautilus works now

	* gnome-control-center no longer crashes

	* panel menus and entries are now correct

	* probably a ton of other gnome-vfs related problems
