Upgrade to 0.4, by Soren Jacobsen in PR pkg/23348.

Changes since 0.3:

	* "keydefs.h" created so you can edit the controls to suit your
	  needs (and your keyboard). (Could be useful with LOCALPATCHES)
	* Keyboard control is better.  You can now hold down multiple keys.
