Initial import of djbdns-run, a package that provides NetBSD-style
rc.d scripts (inspired by Bennett Todd's Linux init.d scripts) to
run djbdns services. It also includes Jonathan de Boyne Pollard's
dnscache-showctl and tinydns-showctl scripts.
