update onyx to version 5.0.0.  too many changes to list but includes:
	- better RE support, including PCRE support
	- better C++ support
	- better -lm (math library) support
	- new "-i" flag / $ONYXRC support
	- new -f/-s flags
	- many new builtin functions (operators)
	- fix many bugs
	- new "class" and "instance" types
