Make USE_OPENLDAP actually work by including mk/bsd.prefs.mk and changing
--enable-ldap to --with-ldap.
While at it add add BUILD_DEFS for openldap and use pkgsrc intltool.
Bump PKGREVISION to 3, because of the openldap change.
