changes:
-made GSF_CLASS_FULL and GSF_DYNAMIC_CLASS_FULL really full (add
 _finalize and class_finalize arguments).
-Handle 0x8000 and 0x8001 codepages.
-bugfixes

also fix installation of gconf schema
