Make this work on IRIX.
NB: this needs an install-sh that supports "-S -f", as in rev. 1.3 of
bootstrap/files/install-sh.in.  After installing that install-sh, set
_STRIPFLAG_INSTALL?=    -S -f
in mk/platform/IRIX.mk and all should be peachy.  This will be done
correctly eventually, don't worry. :-)
