In xmmswrapper.cpp, include stddef.h first to get a proper NULL.
For some reason, a (char *)0 gets defined somewhere on DragonFly
and breaks C++ horribly.
Add USE_LIBTOOL to workaround libtool breakage (unability to find
library `').
