Prefer PATH_MAX over MAXPATHLEN.
Use a better boundary check, which doesn't depend on PATH_MAX >> NAME_MAX.
Both changes are from DragonFly and have been reported upstream.

Install only man pages, not the catpages. The installation was
inconsistent before.
