Changes:

- Fix an issue with system using both IP v4 and v6 interfaces which
  doesn't allow binding both 0.0.0.0 and :: .

- Add autoconf detection for libgcrypt: this fix a build issue for
  distribution shipping with broken libgnutls-config script.
