As Joachim König-Baltes correctly points out, assigning to variables
that end with a '+' is difficult in make(1).

Thus, rename the options variable from PKG_OPTIONS.gtk2+ to
PKG_OPTIONS.gtk2, and add a warning for those still using the
old one.
