* New API routines
* A crude implementation of CPLEX-like interface to GLPK API was
  added to the package. Currently it allows using GLPK as a core
  LP solver for Concorde, a well known computer code for solving
  the symmetric TSP.
* Some bugs were fixed in the SQL table driver.
