 o Fix the broken patch-aa patch, which should have fixed
   PR#39740 but didn't, and instead left the package in an
   unbuildable state.  With this in place, "make test"
   completes, fixing the problem in the CPAN report at
   http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=29778
