* include python/extension.mk and  PYSITELIB in PLIST instead of hard coded \

* PKGLOCALEDIR are handled automatically, no need to use in PLIST.
* icontains *.desktop, so include desktop-file-utils/desktopdb.mk.

Bump PKGREVISION.
