Remove stunnel/ component from SYSCONFDIR path. /stunnel/ is already
set in PKG_SYSCONFDIR variable, so it is passed down to Makefile.
Configuration final path ends up being etc/stunnel/stunnel/stunnel.conf,
which is wrong.
