As promised, here's a first batch of font releases, hopefully in time
for the upcoming katamari. For now, I've only tackled "adobe-*" fonts,
the rest will come later once I get round to it.

The major changes for these fives releases are
 - CVS tags purges by Jesse Adkins
 - font-util macro bump to 1.2 by Gaétan Nadon

The versions of this update are summarized as:

font-adobe-100dpi	 1.0.1 -> 1.0.3
font-adobe-75dpi	 1.0.1 -> 1.0.3
font-adobe-utopia-100dpi 1.0.2 -> 1.0.4
font-adobe-utopia-75dpi	 1.0.2 -> 1.0.4

font-adobe-utopia-type1	 1.0.1 -> 1.0.4
    This also includes upstream PATH change, i.e. PLIST.
    lib/X11/fonts/Type1 ->  share/fonts/X11/Type1

in this commit.
