multimedia/ns-flash: PR#47053: remove from pkgsrc

The distfile has not been available for likely more than one year, and it
is RESTRICTED.  The PR pkg/47053 started the clock in Oct 2012, and more
than a full quarter branch has passed.

Removing from pkgsrc per guide section 19.1.5.
