Update chat/unrealircd to 3.2.10.5.

pkgsrc changes:

 - Remove obsolete and broken MESSAGE files.
 - Find zlib correctly when enabled.
 - Add SMF manifest.
 - Update patch files and add comments where necessary.

Upstream changes:

 - This release fixes a SASL Denial of Service issue
