Import lxpanel-0.8.2 as sysutils/lxpanel.

LXPanel is a lightweight X11 desktop panel.  It offers a taskbar,
desktop pager, menus, launcher, notifications area, system tray,
and more.  This package also provides lxpanelctl, the controller
of lxpanel.
