streamlink: update to 0.1.0

A major update to Streamlink.

With this release, we include a Windows binary as well as numerous plugin \ 
changes and fixes.

The main features are:

    Windows binary (and generation!) thanks to the fabulous work by @beardypig
    Multiple plugin fixes
    Remove unneeded run-as-root (no more warning you when you run as root, we \ 
trust that you know what you're doing)
    Fix stream quality naming issue
