Updated package to latest version, 6.17, and changed master site to
github. Changes include:

* [24 Jul 16] Added compatibility with ocaml 4.04.0 and 4.04.1.
* [09 Sep 16] Added pretty print of type [< ... ] when ended with "> \ 
`ident".
* [24 Jul 16] Added compatibility with ocaml 4.03.1.
