Update Redmine to 3.3.2. This is a bugfix release.

taca@ was right. UPDATE_GEMSPEC is better than the patch, and can be used
now since it was moved from gem.mk to rubyversion.mk. With this new version, \ 
rdoc is added, because the application breaks without it. Also, \ 
selenium-webdriver was downgraded to 2.53.4. Duplicate entries removed from \ 
PLIST. Changes are:
