misc/ruby-hashie2: remove misc/ruby-hashie2 package

ruby-hashie2 package was imported for newer version (2.x) against
ruby-hashie pacakge.  But now ruby-hashie is newer than ruby-hashie2 and
no pacakge depends on this package.

So remove it from pkgsrc.
