gdk-pixbuf2: update to 2.42.6, primarily to fix CVE-2020-29385 and various
leaks.

Changes relevant to pkgsrc packaging:

- gdk-pixbuf2-xlib now uses a separate distfile.
- The jpeg and png loaders are no longer separate shared libraries.
- A fix for SunOS was upstreamed.
