              specify the input file argument.  Always broken.  (ppmtoapplevol
              was new in Netpbm 10.54 (March 2011).

              ppmtoapplevol: Fix bug: produces garbage with input image wider
              than 255.  Always broken.  (ppmtoapplevol was new in Netpbm
