This brings the NetBSD/macppc build from 9% to 90%, at which point
it bombs out due to missing

lldb_private::process_netbsd::NativeRegisterContextNetBSD::CreateHostNativeRegis \ 
terContextNetBSD

which is apparently only implemented for amd64 and i386.
